Siva & Associates Inc is engaged in the manufacture of custom build panels since 1998. In fact it was one of the first few companies to introduce powder coating on the panels. It has since come a long way and has improved upon design and quality standards.

Design and Construction:-
The panels are manufactured with best quality CRCA sheet steels for long lasting strength and the fine finish. Panels offered for PCC and MCC are standardized, truly bolted with complete modularity in design. The bolted structure is formed by joining various members and the section thus formed is bolted to an adjoining structure. Various sizes of feeders can be achieved by fixing the horizontal partition plates at the already punched holes at regular intervals. Zinc passivity mounting plate can be adjusted to any depth to accommodate the switchgear and the accessories.

A specially designed hinge enables the door to be opened up to 180 for total ease of operation during wiring, installation and maintenance.

Panels manufactured have been successfully type tested at CPRI Bhopal.

Processing and painting: -
The fabrication of the different parts of the panel is carried out on advice turret of the punching press and press brake. All the modular parts and sections are subjected to a seven tank process to ensure anti-rust conditioning, smooth finish and protection against corrosive atmosphere; high quality powder coating is then applied using the latest Swiss machines.

Each of the raw materials is duly inspected and high quality standards are maintained in the manufacturing, assembly and testing process.
